ASROCK 890GX EXTREME3 BIOS CANT BOOT UP

What could be the reason of such problem bios can't boot up with Dr Debug light shows 5P

For information:
Power supply no problem using brand new CoolerMaster 500watts Extreme
It has been running for a few days before the problem appeared.
No boot up sound and LCD monitor light turn yellow from green and DVDRom light blinking.
Remove motherboard battery to clear won't help as well.
Remove harddisk (Brand New) and DVD ROM still can't get BIOS to start up.
