Should I change the heatsink?

Ok my build is in a Rosewill Blackhawk mid tower case, just upgraded to an i5 3570k and have it overclocked to 4.5 atm. Temps are actually pretty good with Prime pushing the load temps into 80-90C and while gaming temps never go over 60C. But I would (as always) like to keep them down a little further and possibly overclock more in the future. As of now I don't feel comfortable with the prime temps going 4.6 and farther.

Currently I've got 3 front intake fans, 1 bottom intake fan, 2 top exhaust fans, 1 side intake, and 1 back exhaust fan.
the case is a rosewill blackhawk:

Heatsink atm is: (Side note: I had this because of a smaller case from before)

Now I would love to get this hyper 212 in but i think i would have to take the side fan out to make it fit, would that be worth it?

Maybe use that side fan for a push/pull system on the heatsink.

Also I've thought about liquid cooling systems which I've no experience with so far but seem like a neat idea. Although I hear unless I spend quite a bit on one the difference between them and a solid air cooler are minimal. Plus I from time to time unplug my PC and lay it on its side to clean dust from the bottom filters and such, would there be problems doing that with a liquid cooling system installed? To give an idea of the ones I was looking at here are some links:

Now to the question/s at hand would the hyper 212 be a good choice and remove the side fan? Or perhaps someone knows a bit shorter very close in performance like the hyper 212 or another all together. Or the liquid cooling solutions, which I do not know much about.

And since I'm here on the back of the case I have right behind the CPU there is a slot for a thin profile 120mm fan, would finding and putting a fan there really make much of a difference? If so which way? Intake or exhaust?

Thanks for reading, looking forward to some ideas on how to improve my CPU's cooling solution.

why would you need to take the side fan out of hyper 212?i have even smaller case ( CM elite K350 ) and i have a scythe ninja 3 ( one bigass cooler ) and it fits well, i even can fit a push / pull config but dont have 2nd fan yet
