-Do I need to format my HDD in case I change my motherboard?

-Is format necessary to reset the BIOS?

-My motherboard is Asus P7P55DE-Deluxe.It has a button on it for automatic BIOS reset.Does anyone know when I should press it? Meaning, while in BIOS menu/starting sequence or after Windows has started?

Thanks

You don't NEED to, but formatting and reinstalling is the easiest way to do it.

No. You can reset the bios all you want, it won't effect your harddrive in any way.

You want to do it with the computer off. Press it, and then turn the computer on.
