Buy 4850 or 9500gt?

I would like to get a new video card for 100 dollars or less. i want the best and i was thinking either 4500 or 9500gt card.


please tell me what i should buy.
these are my specs:

2.7ghz cpu
8gb ram
win 7 64bit
500gb hdd
500w psu

No doubt dude, a 4850 is literally 10 tiers higher in performance than a 9500GT.

Had the same dilemma a while back, bought the HD 4850 and i haven't regretted since.

Only reason that could ma the me upgrade is if the 5870/5890 drops to below $100

Who knows, the stork market might carsh in a few weeks, leading to AMD becoming bankrupt, leading to to Hector Ruiz announcing a big sale on all AMD products so as to recover some money on the remainig stock, thus leading to the GPUs going for $50 max with a free lower grade dpu offered for every purchase of 2 or more of the same gpu, thus...................
