Which mobo-price range 100-250

I finally chose my cpu for a desktop I am building and now I need to decide which mobo to get. I am sadly not very familiar in this area so I was just looking for any ones advice from what I have already. My specs so are;

So with this cpu any one have any idea which mobo to buy? Again I know very little about the differences between the mobos so any help would be much appreciated.

I would look at the ASUS P6X58D-E first followed by the ASUS SABERTOOTH X58 second.

As for the heat sink, I'm a fan of the Cooler Master Hyper 212+ for it's price to performance ratio.
