New build urgent

Well im woundering wether this is a good build for 400$-500 ish to play source, mw2, bfc2 on decent settings etc ,and for video editing i dont need a graphics card or hardrive/cd drive. Also if you have any suggestions that would fit in my budget that would give me better performance for my price range in source mostly btw i will be using xp might upgrade to win7 to utilize the 4gbs of ram ,and i have a 9500gt if your woundering

Everything is compatible, but that PSU is a POS. See that little red switch on the back? That's a very bad thing. That means the PSU doesn't have active PFC. It's also only rated at about 70% efficiency. You don't need a high wattage PSU for that system. It would be a much better idea to get a QUALITY lower wattage unit like this one:

You are paying too much and the PSU could be better. CM is not usually a good choice for PSUs.

link me to tigerdirect only cause its a local store for me and i wont have to pay shipping cause i would have to buy the parts as soon as possible

im decided to get the first psu you mentioned
