NZXT Havik 140, will it fit?

I'm looking for a CPU cooler, would like the Havik 140 but I'm not sure it'll fit. My main concern is the clearance to the DRAM.

Chassi: NZXT Phantom 410
Mainboard: ASUS P8Z77-V PRO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4x4gb (High profile)

I found that same thread too, but I'm not sure the positioning of the CPU and RAM are the same on the two motherboards, nor is there any definitive answer there.

I found another thread in a different forum; http://www.overclock.net/t/1314406/update-my-thoughts-on-my-new-havik-140 clearly stating that it won't clear the ram, along with images confirming it.
