Boot Error message "Checkpoint D3"

i have foxconn p55 and i have 2gbx2(exlier) memory and 2gbx2(tct) memory
when i install all to get 4gb memory i got this msg
d3 Disable CACHE before memory detection. Execute full memory sizing module. If memory sizing module not executed, start memory refresh and do memory sizing in Boot block code. Do additional chipset initialization. Re-enable CACHE. Verify that flat mode is enabled.

but when i teak 1gb of those (still 6gb) it's run but didn't run with 8 gb i don't now what i do plz help me
all memory are 1333
and how i enable flat mode
