Which graphics card and to use hybrid SLI or not?

I currently have:
M3N78-VM ASUS motherboard which has an onboard Geforce 8200 and hybrid SLI. My processor is a AMD Athlon™ 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.00GHZ.

I created a search on Newegg of my limits but not sure which would be the best and if whichever one I buy should I use the hybrid SLI.

So just realized that must be a 8400 or 8500 to hybrid SLI. Not sure if I should get that or something else under $75 for this computer

Hybrid SLi is pretty worthless.

Furthermore there is no point in getting either a 8400GS or 8500GT...both are incredibly weak cards.

For ~$75, you can get an ATI 4830 or Nvidia 9800GT which will perform significantly better than two weak cards in SLi. Or a 3870 or 9600GT for ~ $60
