PCI-E 2.0 SATA card with older Mobo?

I do not plan to use it as a RAID at all. just to connect 1 or 2 more SATA internal HDD at faster speeds.

I'm specifically not sure about the PCI-e and PCI-e 2.0 on my old MOBO.

no as from that link your mobo just doesnt have the correct connector to fit a PCI-e card and PCI-e is not able to work with PCI nor PCI-X sorry
