Are these decent parts for a first build?

I am planning on building my very first PC. (Very excited) I will endure this venture in a few months but for now I am looking at the parts (from Newegg of course). Here is the list I have come up with;

AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz
ASRock M3A770DE
SAPPHIRE Radeon 4670 1GB
G.SKILL 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB HDD
LOGISYS Computer Area 51 ATX Mid Tower Computer Case + 480W Power Supply
Sony Optiarc 24X DVD/CD Drive
Windows 7 HP 64 bit

I think this isn't bad for $460. What are your thoughts?
