Ok, first and foremost, I went through the 21 step troubleshooting guide and all other first time boot checklists on this site and still nothing. I hooked everything up, I've reversed the pins on the power sw, reset sw, I've used a different outlet, taken out one video card, taken the mobo out of the case and just connected 1 stick of ram 1 video card and trying to hook it up and still NOTHING. I plugged up my power supply and flipped the switch on and used a volt meter and was getting no readings out of the power supply. I don't know what to make of any of this, I'm really stumped. PLEASE HELP!!! Below is a list of my components:

More about help build power fans boot nothing
  1. reversing the pins on a power/reverse switch won't help.
Have you simply tried a different perhaps older psu?
  2. get a voltmeter and make sure the 12 volt rail is providing power to the motherboard.
