How much can I overclock if I get the hyper 212 plus? And do I need to buy thermal paste or will the cooler or cpu come with it?

Sorry if this is in the wrong area.

From this thread you could get 4.4GHz with the 212:

And many aftermarket coolers come with thermal paste but its very poor. I suggest to get one since you will be overclocking.

+1 the 212 rocks and you will get a very good OC maybe even 4.5 GHz depends on your chip...
You can use the thermal paste it comes with, it's not bad... But pick something better and maybe you can have a couple more degrees of headroom
