my pc had a virus s i got it competely wiped ou but when i tyedto set it up i cant find my ip address it keeps saying none find or inaild.

can you help?

When someone says they "got it completely wiped out",... I doubt it !

Not saying, you are not computer savvy, but still, I doubt you got rid of it. The best solution is to save your personal files, drivers, etc format and install your OS. Or if you want to spend time trying to figure out what else is left on your system that should not be there, you can start with looking at your host file.
