Hope you can help me with this frustrating problem. When I insert the disc, Printmaster Gold 17 into the D drive of my Dell Dimension 24oo series running Windows XP, a text box pops up with: The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. The D drive plays other cd's just fine. I already have Printmaster installed on my pc - but cannot find it in program files - however it is in add and remove. I tried repair - get the same pop up. What gives?? Thank you for your time
