Can I delete spuninst

Running out of room on C drive. These are using a lot of MB which I need for normal operation and other more importtant softyware updates. can they be deleted ?

Thanks, link didn't answer the question - these are just uninstall files, not the actual Service Packs. If there is no need to uninstall cannot we just delete all these files ?
