Does anyone know what the default settings (stable settings) are for my core i5-750? or where I can find them?

For default settings, I mean the settings in the BIOS (CPU Voltage, core ratio/multiplier, BUS speed, etc.)

This will be really helpful. Thank you

JJ

Can you not use the Default Settings option within the bios itself? on some boards it's called 'restore factory settings' or 'recall manufacterer settings' etc.

Edit: Alternatively, doesn't removing your CMOS battery for a few minutes revert your BIOS to normal settings? or maybe you have a jumper?

I just want to make sure whether the specs for my CPU will be the default ones when I first use the computer (Since I'm building this) :p

As far as i know, as long as the thing posts and u can get into bios, then your processor has been recognized as an i5-750 (or whatevea it may b) ... and your BIOS should have set all the default specs for that processor... ; it's not possible that it would set the multi/core/volts over what they should be by default.
