Need help choosing a PSU and Case

Hi everyone,

I have 2 questions.

1. What PSU should I get for my build? It's my first build ever, and I'm getting a bit lost so I just thought I'd ask. I don't mind shelling out some extra money for a good quality one either.

2. Would this case be good? I like the design, so it more comes down to space/cooling. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129066

My Specs:

Mobo: ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AM3 AMD 890GX HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor

GPU: SAPPHIRE 100282-3SR Radeon HD 5850 (Cypress Pro) 1GB 256-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ Eyefinity

RAM: 4GB DDR3

HDD: SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

I'm not interested in Overclocking anything, but I'm planning on running the Radeon HD 5850 hybrid crossfire with the onboard GPU: the ATI Radeon HD 4290

I appreciate the help!

More about need choosing case
  1. Newegg has the thermaltake v5 mid tower case with built in handle and tx 650 watt power supply for $80 after $30 mail in rebates. This case has several built in fans for exceptional cooling, and the ps has 44 amps on a single 12v rail. The links for this combo deal are listed at slickdeals.net.
  2. Antec Three Hundred is a nice case... i'd buy this one instead though... a little more expensive but in my opinion well worth it
