RAM question

I am building a HTPC and was wondering what would be the ideal RAM for this.Price range is up to $200.I have an ASUS P6T6 ws revolution mobo and i-7 950 CPU. I am looking for opinions.Thank you for help.

Go to asus webpage for your board, and click on "qvl" which lists some tested ram. Your ram model number should be listed on the label or on newegg's website. In general, most ram will work that's rated at 1.5 volts; the higher 1.65 ram may have more trouble posting.
