Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

There was a thread with exactly the same name as this one a few days ago. The answer is still that you cannot have a Product Key without paying Microsoft for a legitimate version of XP. Anything anyone offers you will not work properly and any money you pay anyone other than M$ will be wasted.
