Here's ATI's power recommendation

500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended (600 Watt and four 6-pin connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)

You could get away with a 400cx, but doesn't have enough 6 pins for you 4870, so you would need the corsair 550vx which has the two 6 pins. Also it is the best out of the three choices. Coolermaster PSU;s are junk and silverstone varies alot from model to model.

the total combined power output is the most important. keep in mind that for example a psu has 2 12v rails at 20amps each that deosnt mean it can do 40amps. the rails is (imo) just marketing hype. a good single rail psu and a good multirail psu will do the same thing. i prefer single railers...

It's a decent PSU from Sirtec. Its +12V power is on a single 34A line that provides a maximum of 408W and it presents one 6-pin and another (6+2)-pin PCIe connectors. The capacitors are Taiwanese by Teapo rated at 105ºC. The voltage regulation and ripple/noise supression is good. It runs quietly due to its 120mm sleeve bearing Globe Fan S1202512L fan (2000 RPM, 67.3 CFM and 34 dbA at full load).
As I have said before, it is a decent unit which is able to provide enough power to handle your system.
