New build - can not get post bios.

Hello I posted my rig build here before and got all my parts yesterday. However after putting it all together and rechecking if everything is connected the system kept resetting itself. All Fans were working even the psu and cpu's fans. The LED lights come on as well on the mobo board..I can not figure out what the issue is. Anyone out there that can help me out I will great appreciate it.

Make sure you have your ram speed volts and timings set right in the bios

Thank you - looking at the guide right now. Also I am not able to get to bios system so that is why I am kinda in a complex situation. Once I overlook the troubleshoot guide I will repost my specs and what happen

It works! However, I ran into another issue. I can not get video bios to slash on my lcd screen. Either my mobo or GPU now

nvm I got it to work the gpu needed two pcies
