New build - can not get post bios.

Hello I posted my rig build here before and got all my parts yesterday. However after putting it all together and rechecking if everything is connected the system kept resetting itself. All Fans were working even the psu and cpu's fans. The LED lights come on as well on the mobo board..I can not figure out what the issue is. Anyone out there that can help me out I will great appreciate it.

Make sure you have your ram speed volts and timings set right in the bios
