I am replacing a motherboard (X7DCA-L dual xeon), and have a problem with the new one - it does not power on. The green light on the MB is on, and when i depress the "on" button, a green "power" light comes on for a second then turns off.
I have pulled the MB out to check it for shorts and found none. The previous MB worked, so i know its not the power supply.
I unplugged the SATA and audio cables. I have reversed the power and reset cables. Before I start a RMA, I want to make sure i'm not overlooking anything.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
