From a European outlet? Try amazon.co.uk or amazon.de?

You believe it contains something not on the US CD? From what I see,
it's just localization for French, German and Italian, in addition to
the plain English version. Never tried to install anything but English,
so I can't say how much it changes.

I have the DVD (original) and I've installed the italian localization. But
it's just a subtitles and writes localization. The speaks are still in
english.
