I'm trying to OC my Phenom II X4 365 BE 3.4 Ghz to merely 4.2 on air
cooling. I'm not using stock cooler and my temps at 4.0 are only
38~39C on idle. My problem is that every time I try to break the 4.0
barrier by setting it in the BIOS along with voltages, it turns on but
doesn't read my monitor or any peripherals, so I'm guessing it blue
screened instantly or its not enough voltage. I plan on either upgrading to
an ASUS Sabertooth mobo or getting a Noctua fan with new thermal.

My rig:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 365 BE 3.4 GHz Deneb
CPU Heatsink/Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper EVO Plus
Motherboard: MSI A970-G46
GPU: MSI 660 TI Twin Frozr 3GB
Power Supply: Rosewill 750W Capstone
RAM: 2x 4GB G.Skill Ripjaws 1600
HDD: 1 TB WD Green
