Cant get into bios - just assembled

Hello,

i just assembled a computer and i cannot get the bios to load. when i had them troubleshoot it in the shop they go it to work by just discharging the static but now i cant get it to work. when i turn it on i get a beep and a beep every 12 or so seconds after, my monitor flashes with the asus logo and says

Del -> Bios Setup
TAB-> Display Bios Post Message
F8-> Boot Menu
Alt+F2-> Ez Flash 2

I've tried all of these holding and spamming but i cant get in to the bios. anyone know whats wrong?

What keyboard interface do you have: ps2, wireless, or usb? The "del" key always works for me to get into the bios.
