No video on the screen

It seems the system is not rebooting anymore. However nothing is displaying on the screen now. I do not hear a beer. The whole motherboard is light up though and all the fans are on. Previously I was having a rebooting issue, to counter it I kept changing the ram sticks in order to stop it. However when I was installing window 7 and it restart because it needed to but it started to reboot again..ugh..

Got it to post - in bios setup utlity..I think my ram is the source of my problem. However I am not sure on how to change the voltage. ~_~
