New Home Server

I'm looking to build a new Windows Home File server to store and share videos, music and photos. I do not have much linux experience and do not want to use it for this project. I'm going to run either windows server or maybe home server. I would like to run a raid setup in the future but right now I need to organize and find the best backup strategy. I found a few motherboards that im interested in.

I would like to try to keep the price under 120 if there is an Intel board that is better please let me know.
