I'm looking to build a new Windows Home File server to store and share videos, music and photos. I do not have much linux experience and do not want to use it for this project. I'm going to run either windows server or maybe home server. I would like to run a raid setup in the future but right now I need to organize and find the best backup strategy. I found a few motherboards that im interested in.

ASUS M4A79XTD EVO - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

GIGABYTE GA-770TA-UD3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I would like to try to keep the price under 120 if there is an Intel board that is better please let me know.

thanks.

So you're asking what mobo you should pick?
I would take the 770 board, personally, for its support for USB 3.0 and SATA III. I wouldn't recommend the 785g board because it uses DDR2 RAM. The 790X mobo is typically considered a performance board and is more directly towards gamers. Intel boards are terrible, BTW.
