21.5" ViewSonic VX2260wm ($179) and 23"Samsung P2350 LCD ($199)

I'm trying to choose a display for Office, Gaming, and Web Browsing. I have a x1950 pro graphic card. My budget is around $220. I saw the 21.5" ViewSonic VX2260wm ($179) and 23"Samsung P2350 LCD ($199) in the local ads. I've tried looking them up on the web and get both good and bad reviews. I'm asking which is better?

I also wanted to know if a 5ms LCD would artifact and ghost bad in gaming or should I stick with a 2ms LCD? Thanks ahead

Samsung is the way to go for the small price difference and its a bit bigger, more reliable. I got the P2250 and its awesome :)
Not a big diff. between 2ms/5ms, their both GtG response time.
