Usb2 5x2 pins on USB card

My case has two front USB pin connectors. I have an internal card reader with a single USB connector on it that hooks up to pins.

There are two 5x2 pin connectors in the mobo. I have my front USB cables connected to that.

What I want is a USB 2.0 card with 5x2 pins on it so I can connect my card reader & single USB.

I have seen USB cards with an internal USB connection. Couldn't figure out why they did that!

I just want a USB card with 3 or four exterior connections and also has USB 5x2 pins on the card for

my internal devices.

The external connections are easy:

An expansion card with an internal USB header is going to be more difficult to find. The cards generally do not have one because the motherboard usually has plenty.

What kind of motherboard?
