Power problem

My Computer dosent start at once. i turn it on and on the verge of "starting windows" it restarts. it happens for some 3-4 times. it is my everyday problem. Once my windows starts there is no problem at all and it runs well till i shut it down. i dont know what is it all about. I use windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
