Calculating CFM of controlled case fans

I have one case fan connected to my power supply and three others controlled by my motherboard. Knowing the airflow of each fan would be helpful in maintaining a slightly positive pressure in my case.
Would simply multiplying the fan's speed percentage by its measured CFM yield a decent estimate?
