Grade A OEM hard drive?

Hi guys, I'm trying to buy a hard drive, Amazon sent to me a refurbished WD raptor without manufacturer warranty, i've returned it. Scan.co.uk has one with a 5 year manufacturer warranty but it says it's Grade A OEM, what does that mean?

It means they are using marketing words to induce a sale and probably asking more than one that doesnt include the words "Grade A".

A refurbished drive is a refurbished drive, if it was done half ass they shouldnt be reselling it to begin with.
