Memory Card does NOT work in drive. No drive?

Hello, still having problems finding the DRIVE for thwe Card? I took memory card and tried on other computers just to see if it was defected but always is working. I don't even see a drive for it any longer on my computer system. Could someone be so good and give suggestions as to what maybe else it could be and where i can maybe find the drive for a card. I am no puter geek so simple words only please. Thank you for all.

Is that an SD card over 2GB? If so, then the reader on that PC might not support cards over 2GB.
