I am trying to access two file from a PC using FTP. How does the PC identifies which belongs to which. Ex: trying to access one file from D; drive and another file from C: drive.

You will only see the files/folders that have been shared through the FTP program on the remote computer. A pc identifies where files are by the FAT table.
