radeon HD5870, PCI-E2, 1024 Mo, ATI (is it too much for 23"?? if so , is hd5850 enough ? )

For the GPU if your 23" is 1920x1080 stick with the HD 5870

your ram is dual channel, get tri channel http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231335

you could drop down to a corsair 750W and still OC the CPU and run two HD 5870s in xfire

CPU - 930 is fine choice.

MoBo - recommend Asus P6X58D

HS - Prolimatech Megahalems

GFX - Can't tell what card by screen size.....resolution is what counts. At 1920 x 1200 I'd get an ATI 5850 or nVidia 470 (in a week)...at 1650 x 1050 or below, a 5770 will do.

Hard Drives - Check out the performance charts and pick whatever 500 GB per platter drive performs best under your usage patterns. The 2 TB WD Black and XT from Seagate are good choice but at smaller capacities, you are limited to the Seagate 7200.12 or the Spinpoint F3. The 7200.12 excels in gaming, multimedia and pictures whereas the F3 wins at music and movie maker. See the comparisons here (copy past link in manually, link won't work in forum):

case/cpu : i'am not in usa , (no newegg here ) ll get the corsaire 750 and the rc690 advanced (is that a good choice )
also i can"t find Prolimatech Megahalems here in france i've the choice between: cooler master v10 and noctua nh-u12p se2 , mugen 2 , and Ventirad CNPS 10X Extreme, Zalman , what do you think ?
