My Lexmark Z700-P700 series printer has developed a new problem when I attempt to print. The paper gets stuck under the roller. I have replaced the ink cartridge and paper...to no avail. Please help.
There is usually a paper feeding button, follow instructions on how to forward the paper through. You can use the given software to run an Alignment of the printer, in failure of that you have a bad feeder.
RMA if you still can, replace printer if too cheap. I no longer use ink jets, too expensive to print with.

Thank you for your assistance. I will try your suggestion or get a new printer.

What ink cartridges do you use in place of ink jets? I thought I HAD to use ink jets. Please advise. Thank you.
I bought a B&W Laser printer since I do not print many photos or presentations. Costs are now $225 and below for HP printers, not much more expensive for Color Laser and they have no drum as replacement parts (beware of Brother and cheaper printers). The ink is Powder thus can sit there and not dry out, printing is much cheaper than liquid ink, per page.
