I am planning an i7-950 rig, going to have GTX 570 SLI with a crucial 128GB SSD which can use SATA III. Chassis is an antec 900




P6TD advantages:
-I can add a third card for physx for a slight boost in fps.

Rampage III gene advantages:
-has USB 3.0 and SATA III 6.0 GB/s, would the SATA III give a noticeable boost to my SSD?


I've never used a microAtx board before which is the Rampage III, is there anything I should be cautious about?

Of the (2) ASUS P6TD Deluxe; you don't want a micro ATX X58 MOBO - less isn't more in this case. Is there are reason you listed the ASUS P6TD Deluxe instead of the ASUS P6X58D-E??

Keep in mind the Sabertooth X58 is a 2-WAY SLI/CF and 8+2+2 Phase vs the P6X58D-E which is a 3-WAY and has 16+2 Phase.

Therefore, if from day 1 you're going 2-WAY SLI --- I tend to think ahead of you going 3-WAY sometime down the road.
