I have an ATI Radeon 256Mb 9250 video card installed in my HP Pavilion a1110n computer. It has the output connectors,- VGA (which feeds my monitor), an S-video (unused) and a DVI output. What I want to know is can I use this output with a DVI to HDMI 30 foot cable to feed the computer output to a HDMI switch in my living room to watch on my HDTV there. I assume it should work with the video BUT will it also feed the audio or do I require a seperate audio cable for that purpose????

Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

DVI does not include audio, so you will need to run a separate audio cable.
