Trying to decide which one to get as both are the same price. Would also like to know which one is more reliable and which one has better performance.

Both are good choices. In terms of real world performance you would probably not notice any difference between the two.

The Crucial m4 is very popular with gamers and enthusiasts. If you are in the USA you just missed some really great sale prices.

Intel is popular with individuals who are interested in reliability and stability. The 330 series is supposed to be a "value" ssd. The prices are lower than other Intel models.
