New Nvidia Driver Resolves Fan Speed Issue

The 196.75 driver caused fans to malfunction, with overheating effects that could cause both image quality problems and potentially put both video cards and full systems at risk.
According to Nvidia, the fan speed issue has now been resolved with the 197.13 drivers

As I didn't have any issues with the 196.75 driver I wouldn't be able to tell if this fixes what the last one didn't break.
