Your first pic is the better system.

Do you need a hard drive, case, OS, Monitor or HSF for this system or do you already have them?

Yes, you will be fine with that PSU. And I agree with tecmo34 that you should opt for the first system.

Hm ok. Is the first motherboard better than the ASRock one? basically I was about to buy that second setup, but someone showed me those combo deals.

The motherboards really aren't that different, if the boards will the same price, I would actually choose the ASRock. What were the prices of each of the builds, I assumed they were the same?

well, the AS rock one doesnt come with the 2.9 ghz processor, In the config shown it has the 2.8 ghz one.

The MSI one is part of a combo deal coming with the 2.9 ghz processor

Yes, that's why we recommended the MSI build... Assuming they are the same price.

The MSI build is more expensive? If you don't mind spending a little extra then you could get it, but I personally would just get the ASRock/630 build, given the price difference.
