www.cyberpowerpc.com is a wonderful one... I built my dream machine for 13K lol But they are a fantastic PC maker for users who do not know how or simply don't want to bother building their own.

There are several others, like dell.com (click a sub system and select customize) etc

You have asked this question 4 or 5 times now. yes any of those sites will let you pick your parts and they will assemble it for you, however you make some trade offs. The cheaper ones like cyberpower use cheaper parts and may be a bit lacking in customer support, while others like digital storm will cost more but use higher quality parts.
