2550k @ 4ghz @ 1.2vcore

just want to setup a daily OC @ 4ghz.

when i set the vcore to auto, i got a ~1.3v
and then i tried to manual set the vcore to 1.2v, 10 minutes of prime95 not showing any error.

i read some article about people OCing to 4ghz with 1.25vcore setting.

is my vcore's too low?

what's the impact to my cpu if i set my vcore too low?

thanks, and sorry for my bad english

Low voltage is always better! :D 1.2V is good and low... If you don't get errors in Prime95, you're fine! What I would do is set the voltage to ~1.28V and then raise the clock speeds until you get a stable OC :) then leave it like that (ALWAYS CHECKING TEMPS!!)
