What should I do with PCIxX1_1 slot?

Mobo ASUS M3A78-EM w/ phenomx4 9550
Video ASUS EAH4770 Formula

Was wondering what options I have for this slot that would help anything performance wise or is it best to leave empty? A minor but part of reason I want something here is to get the top slot vent panel and move it blow video card. My 1 and only complaint with this case was with exception of the one vent panel, the others are pop outs. So cant just move one up and other down. I am new to gaming computers of today. Have been able to build this one on a budget and it does great for everything I want. Here is pic of inside of my case to get better idea of what I am talking about if that helps any.

Leave it empty the things that are made for it are mostly already integrated on your motherboard.

Word on the street is, it can handle a PhysX card with an adapter. If you're into that kinda thing, that is.

the only things i can really think of off the top of my head ar tv tuner cards, and sound cards, and the difference between onboard, and a dedicated a extremely litter
