Buy new "samsung" hard drives?

I have four of SAMSUNG's EcoGreen F4 HD204UI 2TB 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drives. At least two of them are "real" Samsung drives. I have never had an problems with any of them and am considering buying two more. Samsung drives are in question because they are owned by Seagate now. My question is whether or not the drives are really any different now besides a label? I know the warranty got chopped to only 1 year.
Any thoughts on these? The drives have come down to a managable $100 and the sale ends today. Thanks.
