Seagate goflex 500gb drive not visible in windows 7

Hello,
I'm having Seagate goflex 500gb external drive. Windows 7 is not showing it in the drive section (where C drive is visible). I can see goflex drive in device manager

Did you ever see it on any machine? Does it contain data that you need?

If not, you can initialize and format it. If it did, we have to figure out where the data went.

Can you describe what it shows as in Disk Manager, in the bottom where it shows each physical drive as a stripe?
