New Rig, Compatability check/no output from vid.

Hello, just got Asus M4A77TD AM3, Athlon II x4 630, Gigabyte GT 240 1gb, corsair tx750w psu, with 2 gb kingston ddr1800 memory stick. Put it all together hookup my monitor, no output from the video card. Power is getting to everything, All fans running. Tried DVI and analog, no response on screen. Is there a compatability issue I was unaware of? Or did I get a DOA product?
