Upgrading current pc

Upgrading my:

GPU - current is the 8600 gts

CPU - current is amd athlon 64 x2 6400+

PSU - currently i have a 430 watt

I'm also looking to upgrade my case.

also heres my mobo: http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=K10N78M

so heres what i've found:

A GPU and PSU combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.360222

and a CPU (and the support lists for my motherboard say it will run it):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727&nm_mc=OTC-Froogle&cm_mmc=OTC-Froogle-_-Processors+-+Desktops-_-AMD-_-19103727

my current budget is $472 and what i have now fits it.

Is there a way you guys can find components that would perhaps leave me with more that $8 after i buy all of these components? Thank you :)

More about upgrading current
  1. TP-550 and XFX 5770

The PSU is very nice and more than enough for your system.
The 5770 is not quite as powerful perhaps as the 4890, but it has DX11.

    X4 955 BE

You'll never notice the difference in speeds.

Optional... a nice CPU cooler for a bit of overclocking

    That puts you around
  2. hmmm, yeah i think i'll grab the 955 instead, which saves me like $20.

Also the 5770 i might also grab, and that combo you showed me would save me about $60.

I dont know if im going to do overclocking, just because if i mess up then thats a lot of money down the drain.
