I have an older evga motherboard 122-CK-NF68-AR with PCIe x16 1.0,
TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX RAM, and a Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6400.

I use this PC for gaming, and watching videos.
The native resolution of my monitor is 1920 x 1200.
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Quad power supply.
Can not remember if I OCed the CPU.

What graphics cards should I consider buying?

We would need to know more. Things such as are you talking about gaming or just general computer use? What is your budget? What is the native resolution of your monitor? What kind of power supply are you using?
Have you OCed the cpu? At stock it's a bit weak for gaming and it should OC easily and well.
